Warning a gross thing

so poor kolbie is still dealing with Haiti aftermath we have been to the Doctors more then I can count Kolbie has had to get over his fear of needles each and ever appt. they take blood and he has been tested twice for Malaria, and every infection you can think of so has Dave. but it looks like Kolbie got the worst of it. but we are thankful for the fact that we can get him the antibiotics that he needs. kolbie sleeps for hours on ends and wakes up so he can soak his foot in Epsom salt and then go back to bed. but if you ask him if he will ever go back to Haiti he says "sure I had fun and I am going back" . so It looks like Haiti has another cheering fan hoping the country will dig its way out some day. So Kolbies and Dave diagnose from the Doctor is
Dengue fever looks like the CDC has confirmed a outbreak in the Caribbean and sub-tropical areas.

looks like we brought back more then just regular souvenirs.
We hope everyone is feeling better and hope all the little ones are getting better or staying better.

One step closer to Haiti

Last weekend we picked up the rice that we will be packing to take with us on our next trip. Dave has said he is glad Kolbie is coming to help this trip and is determined to make sure he wears shorts that tie so he doesn't have to drag all the bags while trying to hold his pants up this time.

Can't wait to get there see you all very soon.

Other People Inspire..

The Gordan's penny by the inch she has inspired us. We are starting a Penny Drive at our company and I know we have very generous people who work with us. Our son Kolbie has also been selling candy at his Jr. High for lunch and he has made $45.00 dollars so far which is not bad at all since it is all word of mouth through his friends. We also have penny jars at our house for friends and family to drop their spare change in and my Mother-in-law also has one at her house to.Every penny adds up thanks for the inspiration.
